CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

If you. request to cancel your reservation, if it does not have payment immediately void.

If the booking was already confirmed with payment of 50% the total and cancel and requires you request money back, you can only apply if this is canceled within six days of arrival and only through email, Hostal Benavente otherwise makes no refunds any money.

If the cancellation of the booking is made more than six days prior to arrival you will be returning the 60% of the canceled. If this is due to illness the person (Book Holder) It shall give its part to obtain a medical 80% Back.

Anyway, every Booking Cancellation of a customer will be served via email to give a better assessment of each case.
